Dear Friends,

We invite you to join us for the Urban Enrichment Institute’s (formerly the Fifth Ward Enrichment Program) 17th Annual Luncheon titled “enrichMEN: Enriching Others, Enriching Yourself”.  The luncheon will be held on Friday, September 21, 2018 from 11:30am - 1:00pm at the Junior League of Houston.

For more than 34 years, the Urban Enrichment Institute (UEI) has continuously demonstrated its ability to render transformational impact on thousands of Houston’s most underserved young men. The UEI is a community-based, youth development and empowerment program whose mission is to empower boys to become responsible men and productive members of their families and community.  The UEI’s holistic approach to youth development and mentorship has removed barriers and inspired the lives of over 3,000 inner-city young men.

This year, we are celebrating the message that when you enrich the lives of others, you are also enriching yourself.   Men from all walks of life, living in the Greater Houston community, will lead “conversations at the table” to invoke dialogue centered around the value of participating in enrichment activities.

We will also honor NBA All-Star and Houston Rocket, Chris Paul, and his family as the recipients of this year’s “Ernest McMillan Lifetime Achievement Award” for their dedication and continuous efforts to provide resources, locally and nationally, that support the development of strong communities.

We are confident that event attendees will leave feeling inspired about the value of enrichment programming and will join forces with the Urban Enrichment Institute in its commitment to enriching the lives of young men who need our support.

The success of this event relies heavily on our ability to develop strong partnerships. We hope you will consider partnering with us and contributing a leadership investment as an event sponsor.  Your investment helps us deliver the message that when you enrich others, you are also enriching yourself. Get to know our Board Members and Advisory Council Members . Below you will find partnership opportunities and detailed information about the various sponsorship levels for your review.

Let’s do it for the boys!
